A happy, healthy workforce is productive, effective and efficient.
Employees who are supported to prioritise their wellbeing are more motivated, engaged and resilient.
These attributes in a workforce are the foundation for job satisfaction, higher levels of work engagement and overall performance.
Create a calmer, clearer and more sustainable way of working. Practical, evidence based support that builds motivation, engagement and resilience, delivered with warmth and a whole person approach.
Why workplace wellbeing matters
When people feel well, they think clearly, sleep better and bring their best selves to work.
When they do not, it shows up as disturbed sleep, low energy, reduced focus and presenteeism.
Over time this affects decision making, communication, creativity, leadership and teamwork which reduces motivation and engagement.
It also drives avoidable absence and safety incidents. Investing in employee wellbeing and providing adequate support is not just an ethical choice.
It is a strategic business decision that drives sustainable organisational performance, retention, quality of work and innovation.
Investing in wellbeing is a performance strategy that protects resilience and keeps people engaged.
Are you looking for wellbeing solutions for your workforce? Proactive, preventative wellbeing initiatives work far better than waiting for your workforce to become disengaged and despondent.
The role of support
A supportive work environment matters. When people feel their organisation values their contribution and cares about their wellbeing, they are more likely to:
Develop stronger attachment and commitment to the organisation
Reciprocate by working harder to achieve organisational goals
Feel valued and secure, which can increase output and reduce turnover
Do you feel like you're running on empty?
Life is full and sometimes, that sense of balance begins to slip without us even realising, quietly unravelling in the background. It’s more common than we think, especially in the constant busyness of life.
In a world where everyone, especially women, are trying to do it all and be everything for everyone, we don’t always pay attention to our bodies and what they’re trying to tell us. When we’re constantly responding to everyone else’s needs, it’s easy to lose touch with our own and the balance we need to feel well and whole again.
When balance is lost, our bodies speak up.
We may notice shifts in energy, motivation and mood or find ourselves feeling more anxious, restless, or irritable. Even the clarity to think straight can feel out of reach when we’re juggling so much.
To keep going, we might start leaning on caffeine, sugary snacks, or a glass of wine in the evening. Sleep becomes disturbed and the small, everyday challenges that once felt manageable start to feel overwhelming, knocking us off course and leaving us stressed, exhausted and stuck.
And still… we keep going.
We push through, try to adapt and keep going... hoping those familiar signs of stress will pass on their own.
But our bodies are sending signals. Whether it’s that racing feeling we can’t quite shake, disrupted sleep or the knot in our stomach, quiet reminders we often ignore, until something gives.
It doesn’t have to be this way.
The truth is...
Deep down, many women know something needs to change. The way they’re living is no longer sustainable.
But with so many competing personal and professional demands, it’s easy to keep pushing through, telling ourselves we “just” need to keep going, because it feels like there’s no other choice.
The truth is, ignoring these signs only leads to further imbalance, making it harder to regain control and feel like ourselves again.
You don’t have to do it alone.
When we pause and gently reconnect with ourselves, checking in with how we feel, what we need and what’s quietly been pushed aside - we can begin to create the space for balance to return, naturally and sustainably.
Together, we’ll create a personalised, evidence-based plan that fits your life. So you can move forward with confidence, even if you’re not sure where to begin, without wasting time on trial and error.
I’m here to help you reconnect with what truly matters, reclaim that sense of control and prioritise your wellbeing, so you can live a balanced, fulfilling life that aligns with your values.
My approach
My name is Becky Dean, I’m a registered Occupational Therapist with more than 25 years in the NHS and a certified Lifestyle Medicine practitioner. Throughout my career I have worked across diverse settings and supported people navigating complex health challenges and life transitions that affect both physical and psychological health. I bring clinical depth and experience that enables a truly holistic approach to wellbeing, grounded in evidence, compassion and care.
My approach is holistic and solution focused. I do not only manage symptoms. I address underlying drivers of imbalance. This means taking a broader, systemic view and exploring how daily routines, roles, habits, responsibilities and environments interact to shape health and wellbeing.
We often underestimate how much everyday lifestyle impacts functioning. How we sleep, eat, move, connect, manage stress and interact with our environment profoundly affects how we feel and perform.
I integrate the six pillars of lifestyle medicine with occupational therapy, mind body strategies for nervous system regulation and health coaching to support sustainable change across home and work life.
By working with me, I will help you…
Reconnect with your body and mind
Develop mind-body awareness, tune into what you truly need and start taking control of your health in a grounded, sustainable way.
